We recommend bringing a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a small towel. If you don’t have a mat, we have mats available for rent at the studio. Comfortable, breathable clothing is ideal for practice.

Absolutely! At YogaVibe, we welcome all levels. Our instructors provide modifications and guidance, so whether you’re new or experienced, you can practice at your own pace.

How early should I arrive for class?

We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes before your class starts to sign in, get settled, and prepare for practice.

Do I need to pre-book classes?

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking your class online to ensure your spot, especially for popular times.

Can I attend if I have an injury or a medical condition?

It’s important to consult your healthcare provider before starting yoga if you have any medical concerns. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions so they can offer appropriate modifications.
